Butler Creek scope cover sizing chart?

I have searched for a sizing chart to determine which butler creek scope cover I need.

The Cabelas in Buda had a hard copy and I was able to locate and purchase several but not for all my scopes.

Now I can do so and want to do it on-line but I cannot find a sizing chart like they had in the store. I have the make, model, and magnification-objective but cannot find the sizes I need to order. Anyone have a chart I can easily reference by manufacturer like they had in the Cabelas?

You'll need Adobe Reader for this, but on this chart you can look up your specific model of scope and it'll tell you what sizes you need for the eye piece and objective lens.
