Help me build an upper!

I have some ARs and carry one on duty but I honestly don't know a thing about building one.

I need someone to help me put together an upper.

What I want is a:
300 BLK Upper
14.5" barrel with pinned AAC 51 T break
12-14 inch similar to Daniel Defense Modular Float rail https://danieldefense.com/rail-systems.html?p=4

I'm not trying to go super high end. Just a good functional flattop upper

Throw some ideas at me.

My forearm is a free float seekins precision. Really liked how it mated with the gun and was light weight.

I started down the road of an LMT MRP 300BO upper. Got the barrel, gas-block and gas-tube and never went any futher. I like seeing them finished up. Doubt I'll ever get around to it.

I like the low profile gas blocks. Can find them pretty cheap on eBay or most any sight.
