I know at the academy in Odessa a couple weeks ago there was a rifle with a stock like that, just can't remember who the rifle maker was.

True that. Just looking at that gun there ain't nothing about it cheap! Mans got quite they eye for quality... Even if it is a left eye.

Saw one at academy in either Selma or off 1604 & gold canyon. Think it is a howa rifle.

The rifle leaning against the nalgi is definately a custom all the way...left hand action, fancy fluting, custom break, McMillian stock....beautiful taste.....

My appologies. I was half asleep and only looking at the stock color. Saw the same print and paint on a Howa. Looks cool.

But yes the rifle in the picture is a sweet custom rifle.

                      Jolie's rifle build

                      LH Borden Alpine action

                      6BR Rock creek #3 1:7" for the heavies ; VLD's

                      Mcmillan hunters edge w/edge technology

                      Pacific tool bottom metal

                      Defensive edge muzzle brake

                      Timney trigger set at 2.75lbs

Leupold 4.5-14x56 vx7 sitting in talley mounts

Stock work was done by hydro dip, candy pink base with a splash pattern dip overlay, polished to a high gloss,

Kamfeld customs coated the barrel then diamond fluted it to give it the reversed black/polished finish.

Jon trammel in breckenridge did all the smith work

It is brutally accurate, 10 shots in the .3's regularly which is unreal for such a light rifle

That gun could have care bears and flowers on it and I would take it.

That was my thought purely based on the amount of custom work.

Great looking rig and an extreme shooter to boot.

Yup, they start out where most end regarding the $$$. I'm looking to put one on my Sako 85 this year. So far it's the only composite that I can find for a Mod 85.
