Executive ORDER and executive ACTION are not the same thing. Not even close. Executive actions are what the president signed in January, and nothing came form them, because all of the amendments to gun legislation were voted down. The same thing can happen here, and nothing, especially the Constitution, will be circumvented.

GHWB and Clinton both used executive order to ban the importation certain weapons during their presidency. If the majority of the MSR are produced in the states, it is impossible to ban thier importation. BT it is something worth keeping an eye on for sure.
