Actually it did not state the governments' reason behind banning ALL firearms, its about controlling the general public, has nothing to do with anybodies safety. Point #6 is falling on deaf ears as is the 15 year old girl petition to the state legislature. However it was a pretty good read, not disputing that, I just think he didnt go far enough in understanding/deliberating/explaining what gun control is all about.

Speaking of Bidens similarities to puppet Walter,do any of you remember a little wind up monkey which would bang cymbals together? There's another resemblance there.Think about it

Besides, if they do listen to him and take his advice, then they'll stop trying to ban guns in the first place.
          Excellent...
And also, alot seem to be missing a central point. That "we the people" are actually the NRA also. 10,000 new(?) a day since January is a statment in my book. And while it may not be millions total it is a statement that we will not go willingly. If we support a org. that supports us, alot can happen with those kind of numbers.
Join the NRA and support them, because they support our 2nd amendment rights.

I'm gonna join Gun Owners of America and some others that stand up for We The People too. NRA supported Harry Reid and others that have been anything but 2nd Amendment advocates lately. I cancelled my NRA membership the last election cycle when they supported Reid. I renewed a few months ago, just because it was such an important time. But if they support Reid or any of the other turncoats this time around, I'm out for good.

Good point Shane. So let them know how you feel about their decisions like that. And pass those feeling along (like your doing here) to those of us who may not know about things like that.
I will also look into the GOA. Thanks.

When and where did the NRA openly support Harry Reid? That's news to me, please educate me.

Here's the first article that popped up on Yahoo for me - from 2010....

It was a HUGE issue with NRA members. I wasn't the only one that left then. They actually ended up NOT officially endorsing Reid that go 'round. BUT, they had a lot of photo ops with him and did an article in their magazines about how big of a 2A supporter Reid was. They also refused to endorse or support his Republican opponent, Sharron Angle. She is a bigger 2A advocate than Reid ever was.

If they had helped Angle, then Reid probably wouldn't be the Majority Leader in the Senate today.

They probably thought that the Dems would still control the Senate even if Reid lost, and they gambled that having Reid as the Majority Leader would be better for the 2A than having Schumer or somebody like that. As it turns out, it didn't matter. Reid is a liberal, not a 2A supporter. He doesn't care about the 2A. He just cares about government power and control.

I just renewed my NRA membership a few months ago. This makes me want to send them more money. Im seriously considering a lifetime membership.

As far as Reid goes, he is a politician and will move in what ever direction he feels is advantagous to his political career. I don't think in a million years that the NRA supported him with the knowledge that he does not care about the 2A. Politicians lie! Then they lie some more and can't remember the original lies they told. Reid himself probably doesn't know wether or not he supports the 2A or not.

They knew he is a lying sleezeball liberal when they supported him though. There's no way to NOT know that.
