Winchester.22 Ammo in stock !!!

This is the attitude I referred to above. I got tired of asking the employees to type in the upc and help me find the ammo. Most of them looked at me like I was asking them to split the atom. I have been told that they haven't had 223 in months. I politely explained I had bought some the week before Most just shrug their shoulders. They have tough jobs and could careless whether the customer finds the ammo sitting in the back or not. I have found that when I go straight to the manager in charge and I am polite I walk out with 3 boxes of ammo. I got tired of standing around for 30 minutes at a time waiting for the manager to show up and find it in the back.

I forgot to mention from my experience the app is about 15 minutes shy of being in real time on their inventory. I bought the last 3 -100 packs of 223 and 10 minutes later my app showed out of stock. Happy hunting and bring your patience for ignorance

Man I have to be honest. This walmart is one of the most crooked walmarts I've ever been in. There was a scandal already about employees stealing and some new personnel came in but kept the same manager. My MIL had a dealing with the manager about a price match a while back and the manager told her to go to the other walmart because they weren't going to price match with their own store. I would t be surprised if the manager herself was holding this ammo back.

It's not weatherford or Hudson oaks walmart... The app said it was in stock Friday when I checked it and still does.

Depends on how much patience you have. Call 1800WALMART and give them names of associates and explain the situation. This will generate a call to the store from corporate and usually results in action. If there is another store close you may be better off trying there. Good luck. I could still stand some more ammo but I will not play these games anymore.

This is walmarts app from the iphone app store. Walmart lately has not been showing the inventory on their website. Their website seems to change every time I check. The app is golden for me so far if you do not mind wading waste deep through BS.
