Liberals refuse to accept that there are bad people, and refuse to accept that good people make bad decisions they need to be accountable for. Thus they blame the gun, or blame the economic system to have caused poverty and government handouts, or provide free abortions to woman who chose to have unprotected sex and terminate the fetus' life for their own convenience.

A woman I know at church agreed with this point, but took it back to the root cause. When God asked Adam why he put on a fig leaf, Adam did not take responsibility- he blamed Eve. When God asked Eve why she ate from the tree of knowledge, Eve did not take responsibility, she blamed the serpent.
