I was doing a injury drill when I got caught...I went to charge my weapon and pinched my side between my belt and rear sight when I chambered a round..

Dale when you do the injury drill do you rack the slide using your rear sight on your belt? My training hasn't got that advanced yet so i was just curious on how you sustained injury so i can avoid it.

I teach several different ways and that is one of them...just so happened to be the version I was using...
