Rimfire Scope AO Variable power 40mm Need suggestions.

Currently i have 3 rimfires with Leupold Scopes that are non AO... A rifleman 3-9x40 and two vx-1 4-12x40's... This stinks up close... The crosshairs are all blurry on high power up close, or i can turn the power down and have non blurred crosshairs... Not ideal.

Question is: What AO scope do y'all recommend.. I don't want to spend a fortune.. But i don't want junk either.

Find a LEU with the EFR feature ; VX II 3x9x33 AO comes to mind

I went to a VXIII 1.5 - 7 I think for those close shots...It is very low Magnification. Love It!

Weaver V16! AO down to 30ft. Good clean glass for a decent price. A lot of guys are running mueller's also.
