AR scope mount question

Is LaRue keeping up with demand on their QD mounts, or are they backed up like everything else? Anybody know?

Last I heard they were on a 6-8 week back order!

Its here also 223 an 22 does not stay on the shelf but it comes an goes. If some wants a larue mount they are on ebay

I would seriously consider investing into a Larue quick attach. You can take it off and put it back on in the same spot with no loss of zero. Plus they are homegrown in Texas.

I appreciate all the replies! Man I love this site! Can I get 1" risers, or will I need the cantilever mount? The scope is a Barska AO varmint target dot. Don't have it in hand yet(supposed to be delivered on my birthday) just trying to get a jump on what I need to get it mounted.

Does your AR have the standard front sight. If it does then you will need to get the scope higher to get the sight out of the sight picture

His scope is 6.5-20. Anything above 3 power and the front sight will not be seen while looking through the scope.

If you plan to keep that setup, I would buy the Burris PEPR either in QD or not. I wouldn't spend $200 to mount a $100 scope.
