Picked it up yesterday

I'm so tired of waiting. I bought 2 rimfire cans. Filed them the day efile went down. ATF "lady" one of the higher ups that my class 3 dealer was talking to said oh no problem we will send it on through. This was Apri.

My class 3 called every week and finally the lady decided she would resubmit them last week. When my class 3 wanted to do that all along but the ATF lady said their was no need.

Now I'm about 2 months in on the 2 salvo 12s

Idk which I'm more excited for the rimfire cans or the shotgun cans,, I just hate waiting

I'm in for 4 cans through silencershop.. 5 months return would be sweet! They mail them or did you pick them up? If they mailed them how long did that process take?

Had my local sheriff sign off on my YHM Phantom. From the day I put my paperwork and 200.00 BATF check in the mail it took 10 months 2 weeks.

Pick up. From what I hear, the mailing could take up to 2 extra weeks..
My son will go pick it up next week. We are hoping a SBR we bought at the same time comes in this week, too.

I am having them mail my can make since Austin is 5 hours. I will let you know what day I recieve it.

It took 3-4 weeks extra to get my cans mailed too me from silencer shop

^^^^man that sucks. They told me 2 weeks. If I Would of know it was going to be that long I would just drive down there and pick up.

Pretty sure most of the delay is with the paperwork.

At that point, we’ll mail you a physical copy that you’ll need to sign and return to us in a provided envelope. That’s it!

When we get the signed 4473 back from you, we’ll file it away and we’re also required to email a copy to your chief law enforcement officer (who will probably just file it away in the circular file). We will then wait the required seven days and ship your suppressor out as soon as that time elapses! "
