That's the beauty of a trust ^^^^ they can't say no. Because they don't have to sign off. But that's one of the things they are trying to do away with.

i would take a hard look a SWR, and AAC products. im a big fan of SWR.
you can file a single form 4 which would mean only you would be able to have legal possession of the item. the trust enables anyone on the trust to legally possess it which is the way i recommend at the moment unless they do away with it.
you will need your CLEO to sign off on the item and get your fingerprints done in order to do a single form 4 with no trust. if they wont sign then your SOL.
