    Brownell's Customer Service

    is awesome!

    After waiting on some backordered 300 Blackout dies forever, USPS managed to lose them. I contacted Sinclair's/Brownell's to assist in getting USPS to respond and they're resending my shipment!

    Now, USPS customer service OTOH... They won't respond at all even after emails, phone calls and an actual visit to talk to the delivery supervisor. Our tax dollars at work.

    Thank goodness we're not getting all the government we're paying for.

    Been a lot of gun related shipments disappearing lately.
    ARP had a whole order of bolts "disappear" mysteriously at UPS.
    Box was found torn and was discarded, no bolts found. These were coming back from heat treatment and were set to be shipped to customers.
    Freaking low lifes!!!

      Brownells is good ppl, and Sinclair is even better

        I had some pmags lost in the mail. I called brownells and they reshipped my order no questions asked. good people.

              I recommend you write the USPS Inspector General (or e-mail) and explain the problem you are having. The USPS IG isn't in the business of investigating such as this (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse is their bag), but they can get your concerns pointed in the right direction.

                Brownells and Midway are both as good as it gets. They also support our rights bigtime.
