Does anyone have any experience with ordering from this company. Read some reviews and it does not sound very good. They show to have fully assembled uppers in stock.

From what I have heard they are over 3 months out on shipping. They swear up and down on their sight that you will get your order. My buddy places an order back in December and he just got his upper this month. They don't charge your card till the order is ready to ship. GunBroker has some uppers for $500-550 minus the BCG and charging handle.

A friend of mine ordered a 7in upper from RGuns right after all the BS and it took them 2-3 months to send but he got it and its looks and shoots nice. At this point in time nowhere will have good customer service

I ordered New Year's Day. Have not recieved yet. Also have not been charged yet though

I am at 2months plus some, dont want to think about it, on some items that they claimed were in stock and had a 4 week shipping time. I was ok with the wait for shipping, but the fact that they now say if you cancle your order you pay $100, which I under stand but sucks.

At about 6 weeks, i emailed them for an update. My email was nicely worded, stated I knew they were super busy but if there was a way to give me an update I would appreciate it. Got an email back that said they were not answering any status questions. Everyting thing was going to shipping products out. Said my order would be out in 5-10 days.

Well it has been a few more than 5-10 days and still nothing. I dont even want the order any more, but dont want to pay the $100 cancel fee either.


I would pass. You are basically backordering an item, so why not go to one of the big guys with decent customer service. I think rguns is a little bit of a sham. I have a frew friends in the Chicago area and was thinking of asking one of them to make a pit stop.

I placed an order 1/5, no communication despite multiple attempts to cancel. I will dispute a cancellation charge to the point of canceling the card.

Update. They just charged my card, so I guess my 1/1/13 upper order is on its way.

I ordered a 7.5" upper on 12/31/12 and cancelled the order 2/28/13. Just saw my credit card was charged full amount. I guess I'm getting an upper.

I got charged on Friday and the shipping notice today.

Everybody is like this right now. I ordered 4 mags from west fork armory the middle of December. Have yet to see them yet.

I ordered thinking a 4 week delay on shipping an in stock product, pure falsification as far as I am concerned. I will not be burned again by them
