Has anyone dealt with them before? I ordered a press a few days ago from them, but no shipping information yet. I imagine they are pretty backed up, but the phone is always busy when I try to call Customer Service, and they have yet to answer an email.

I got their catalog awhile back but am stocked up on reloading supplies at the moment. Anything to do with firearms or ammunition is backlogged beyond belief right now. I'd give them awhile to respond.
