I'll bet he's staying in touch with them. Stephanie at AA isn't much on CS or contacting anyone about anything. I've had an order with them since Dec. and only contact I've had is when I email them.

I have since ordered two more times from brad's warehouse, and got lucky at midway a couple of weeks ago with some remington blk brass.
