First Community Credit Union.... financed a truck thru them at a good rate... was going to change my account to them but changed my mind.

I've always wonder about something like that. If someone actually caught you with a handgun on you, would the management really file trespassing charges against a customer and thereby knowingly make a bunch of other customers mad?

It seems like they would be cutting their own throat and maybe it is just a feel good sign. "Yes, this is our very good customer and we love him and his money but we want him in jail".

I wouldn't want to find out but I am curious.

Are you saying that applies to the "No Firearms Allowed" signs?

If a 30.06 is posted per the requirements set forth in the law then you cannot legally enter. If after entering (with no 30.06 at the entry) and are given notice to leave and you don't then you are trespassing.

I know of a resturant in College Station with a 51% sign that I know full well does not make 51% of their money from beer sales. The do serve it, but it's a burger joint, not a beer joint.

However, if the sign is posted and if in the event someone bust in and starts shooting and you defend yourself. Wouldn't you rather be at a burger joint that didn't have the sign posted? Too many out there to try to use smoke and mirrors on you defending yourself and draw attention to the SIGN.

Cabela's has a 30.06? I was at the one in FTW a few months ago and didn't see one.... it's also not on texas3006.com as having one.

A few hospitals and at my work. Remember if you enter a place and they say, verbally or in writing, firearms are not allowed you will have to leave or face a trespass w/weapons charge.
