    Ouch! Glad you got it back....all I did was have the GI sights on my Rock Island Armory 1911 updated to a Trijicon front sight and a white dot rear sight (long story, but kudos to Spring Guns and Ammo for standing behind their work!)

              Yep, definitely crossed my mind. Going to go out today & see if I can find a Remington 700 rifle. I need it for school.

                                Iver Johnson Arms & Cycle Works Target Sealed 8....22 long rifle....I'm a sucker for a gun that my grandfather would have bought new..if it's clean....1940's vintage....
