Finally found a Glock 48 in stock and picked it up yesterday. Shield Arms Magazines are on backorder; hopefully they will come in soon.

Just picked one up yesterday. I hate small handguns. This thing is a small handgun without being a small handgun. Makes zero sense, I know.

It's awesome. Wish I would have got one sooner. Now i'll be picking up the railed model when I can find one.

Bought a 129 yr old Parker side-by-side today. Damascus barrels, extractors, great shape. Can't wait to hunt with it.

Very low power loads? I was advised not to shoot my Grandfather’s Parker with Damascus barrels. I was told it could shoot ok and then one shot the barrel unravels on the weld.

Yes sir. Definitely won't shoot off the shelf modern loads. Lots of folks still hunt with these old guns though. RST sells loads for all the various chamber lengths, including light, low pressure loads for Damascus barrels. As long as the barrels are still in good shape, you're good to go.
