Hello, first post here.

Picked up a Yildiz 12g o/u yesterday. The choice between a $2000 Citori and $400 Yildiz was tough (I'm a you get what you pay for believer) but I took the leap after reading a lot of positive reviews on here and some other forums. I read the bad also.

Either way, it performed flawlessly and got I've a limit of dead birds to prove it. I'm used to qualifying with a short barrel and slugs, so the recoil did not bother me. I added the limb saver pad and have no complaints.

I look forward to learning more on here as my 10 YO has an active interest in bowhunting and will be starting 4H archery in November. I've was a guide for many years, but don't know the first thing about bows. This looks like a great place to start.
