Nice looking 1911! Lower parts kit and stock came in from PSA, hopefully the FFL will call soon and tell me to pick up the lower....going to do this build for the boys and pick up an upper after my birthday next month. This will be my first AR build, but after taking them apart and caring for the them for almost 16 years, shouldn't be too hard

I figured the cerakote finish would be more durable than bluing, and my 229 has 8 years of holster wear and still looks great
