By the way isn't he on here now peddling a Savage Axis (lower end rifle) that he bought for a newbie female in 270 caliber? LOL,no wonder she couldn't shoot it.

The rifle was given to her, it too is a lower end introductory rifle, perfect for her, but not to be confused with a higher end rifle.... It was a lefty, she's a lefty that's as far as it got. 270 is too much for her, so I'm helping find something more practical for her. Emphasis here should be "helping a newbie get out in the woods". Feel free to continue to berate me for that.

I love my Mathews bow, and although I prefer my shotguns in the Remington 870 flavor, I have nothing against Mossbergs. I think it's kind of a gimmick though to put a dampener on a shotgun.

Beretta has the kick off system. It's hydraulic dampers... The extrema 2 has em and its a bad a killing machine.

I don't think they're fully working with each. Mathews may have allowed them to put they're dampners in it, while making them give Mathews some publicity. But if Mathews was in with them, them guns would be lost camo, not mossy oak break up infinity. Just my opinion, you wouldn't just put a dampner on it, you would want to make the whole gun resemble your brand. Just like if you get a Mathews catalog, there are plenty of companies that come out with products resembling Mathews parts, but that doesn't mean they worked with each other.
