I would go with Larue unless you're going to be really pushing the limits. $450 is an outrageous amount of money for a scope mount. The Larue is expensive enough. I've got my Nightforce 3.5-15x56 NXS in a Larue LT104 and I can take it on and off all day long with NO loss of Zero. I'm sure that cantilever mount is the same. Gotta love Larue - just not the cost.

Badger ordnance 22 moa AR rail.... $94... then I'd just get low 30mm scope rings I reckon... best bang for the buck I've found so far...

Is there going to be enough room for eye relief?

I'd think so. Its a fixed rifle stock. So its about normal rifle length

I'm gonna need a few sets of scope rings as we can see here... I have two rifles being built that I'm gonna need rings for and I won't skimp on these two rifles...

The Burris XTR rings are actually pretty good. Other than that I'd say Badger Ordinance. I have the XTR's on several rifles ar and bolt guns and have been pleased with them.
