any recommendations for an action? without buying a brand new one, i'd like to get the action and floorplate assembly as one. might even surplus a rifle for it.

looking at a 25/06 build off a 700 bdl action. academy has 700 adls for $380. may just go that route, part the gun out and get a bdl floorplate kit.Comment

Bottom metal is way to expensive purchased seperatly. Buy a complete rifle and strip it to the action. You will get a little bit back from selling the factory stock and barrel .Comment
