Eley .22 Long Rifle High Velocity

Anybody else like this ammo? I bought a good supply of it back in the 80's and gotta say that it's still my favorite all around .22 ammo.

Eley has been making ammunition since the early 1800's . the British definitely know what their doing regarding accurate rimfire ammo

Good stuff there. Someone loved me as a kid and that was all I shot. I killed LOTS of squirrels with that and a Winchester model 320. Talk about a lucky kid.

I have about 5-6 boxes of Eley 17 Mach 2 ammo I would trade for equal Hornady rounds. My rifle must have a weaker hammer spring (Rossi crack barrel), I get FTF on about 5-6 out of 10 with these. Hornady's fire off every time. I figure it is a case of stronger brass.
