Went to the USPS today to mail a rifle to a friend in Lubbock. I had to educate the teller from the USPS website on what firearms can and cannot be mailed and the fact I didn't need to have a FFL handle it. She went to the back and then a few minutes later had me fill out a piece of paper with the same info on it as the mailing label.
She had just dealt with a major jerk in front of me that was yelling and cussing about his package, so I just smiled and had a pleasent education experience with her so I wouldn't be the 2nd jerk.
She told me the USPS gave her very little training on firearm shippments and she was sorry for the delay.
Nice lady, bad company training.
