Was on a 2004 but it fits 99-2004 and maybe a 05, this bumper is around $1400 brandnew at 4wheel Parts for all three pieces http://4wheelonline.com/WarnF250Tran...m_.19738.63462 , and its built for a heavy duty winch, the winch carrier on this one is all welded and not bolted like they come from warn so its more heavy duty. $500
