I say that it is a good thing that 65% of the House and 76% of the Senate is Republican.

Like all legislatures, a member can submit anything. I am sure that bills like that are drawn up in Texas. They just don't get any traction and I don't think it will get any support up their either.

I think it may be time to start making a mental list of all those dems dumb enough to introduce such bills. Just in case the need ever arises.

No way its going to happen. The biggest thing as stated above is to vote. Also we have to continue with pressure for the folks we voted in to do the right thing. Use rugers website to send emails and letters to your elected officials. Also join the NRA and TSRA and use those resources to help us fight. If you are already a NRA member utilize the features on the NRA ILA website. Also we need to stay engaged winning hearts and minds, and introducing new people to the shooting sports. Dont let your short attention span let us down because the attack from the liberals is relentless. Also be aware of their divide and conquer strategy, they want to take all guns, normal capacity magazines and semi autos are just the first step.
