No I went to one in nacogdoches I'm at school at SFA. I didn't know of one in corpus I'm guessing its at the pistol and rifle club but next time I'm down there ill check to see if there's a shoot and I'll message you. I'd like to shoot one down there when I'm back at home.
I tried to do a search and couldn't even find my thread lol. Check out ar15.com three gun nation section. Lots of good info there. What pistol are you planning on running?
A little bit of advice I was given to me when I started all this not very long ago. Take the pistol you have and go shoot as many pistol matches as you can.
You will learn the basics, the safety rules, and meet some good people who can give you old advice. Then make the jump into multi gun shoots.
Thanks for the advise to all the guy's.
I practice good safety no matter if Im by myself or with someone at someones range and allways follow R/O;s instructions. I print off a list of the range rulles from the range Im going to and read them before I leave the house, in the parking lot at the range and of course the required reading at the counter but its always good to be be reminded by guys who's been thru the stuff..
Dave Ive been practiceing pistol since Oct. 2 times a week either live rounds or dry run practices and still feel like Im short on range time, but eventually I got to get out there and get my feet wet and deal with being screamed at for doing something wrong...
