Quick fair value question on upper

I came across this complete upper for sale. I have rra varmint and I want to swap out uppers. I am looking to see what a fair price for this would be. thanks

Sabre Defense 16" M4 government contour, 4150 grade Mil-Spec per MIL-B-1159E (CMV) chrome moly vanadium barrel, 5.56 chrome lined bore and chamber, 1/7 twist, M4 feed ramps on barrel extension, and "F" marked front sight base.

Built on a Mil-Spec A3 flat top receiver with M4 ramps.

Daniel Defense 7.0 EZ CAR quad rail, and A2 flash hider.

Includes M-16 bolt group assembly and forged charging handle.

I bought it from PK Firearms last month and have fired "0" rounds thru it...they did test fire it after assembly
