Went into Unique Guns here in waco today to check on .224 bullets. I have been lookin for something heavier than 55 gr to shoot out of my AR. My dad bought a ton of 65gr game kings before the rush and they shoot great out of his rifle. Well I scored today. They had a bunch of bullets. From .204-.458. Shelves where full of powder. They also had dies and alot of brass. Some new and some once fired.
I'm ready to try these out. I bought two boxes for $23.99. That's cheaper than what my dad bought them for before the big craze.
FINALLY! H4895 #2, 200 LG Rifle, 200 SM Pistol, 200 SM Pistol Magnum. I'm going to be a single stage press fool this evening. Carters Country off of 59/Wilcrest. Much friendlier staff than the Treashwig store. They were kind enough to hold 1# for me, and turned into 2#.....
For those in the Temple area, i purchased a large quantity of small rifle primers yesterday. I don't need them all, so i will sell some, as soon as i come up with a reasonable price. Local shop is getting 6 bucks a hundred I think, and limiting quantity to 300.

What brand are the primers? That's a little steep for 100.... Guess it depends on where you are at though.

I've got CCI, Remington, Winchester, RWS, and Federal. Some standard, some magnum, and some benchrest. I know that price is high when you're buying them by the 1000, or 5000 case, but by the hundred, that's what I paid last time around couple weeks ago. I found these at an estate action. Most are older, but boxes seem like they were stored well.
Txfirguys price sounds about right after Uncle Sugar gives you the .0825% reach around. I've been giving 4.50ish to 5.50ish a hundred prior to the sand packing depending on brand and type.
