well, I thought I saw today, an ar pistol that was an HK and had 416 on it....looking at the website, I guess that one was modified because it looked like it had a can or what I presumed was a fake can to get it to the legal length but no buttstock....so...not sure what I saw...maybe it was a used one they just had on the rack in the back instead of behind the glass...???
I did see the tag, they had $499 on it so it wasn't that bad....but I asked myself why....I couldn't answer...lolComment

No way in he#( will you get an HK416 for $499. Add a zero to the end & that's more like it. HK416 w/a 10.5" bbl suppressed is what took out Osama. It's a piston system which is different than most AR gas systems. This is an HK416.

I might have to go check again at what I saw but it's typically obvious where to look on an ar lower to tell what it is or was originally, that and I know what can looks like and I could tell it was a typical ar upper/lower minus stock....not sure what else it could have been....I guess I could have misread the tag as it was laying horizontal and I was about 8 feet away reading it....hmm...wonder what the heck it was...
