Savage, Winchester or Sako for out of the box accuracy.
I am not the slightest bit impressed with Remington right now. Yes, the 700 action is legendary, but their fit and finish is awful, and you'll spend several hundred more dollars trying to make it perform and feel the way you want.
If you're on a budget, Howa rifles have a reputation for accuracy. CZ is popular wih the varmint hunting crowd. The new Ruger varmint rifles look pretty impressive, but I have not had the opportunity to shoot one.
