I accidentally posted this in the bow hunting reports so this is try two. I went Saturday to independence firearms to look for a CCW. So I walked out with an American Classic Amigo 2 tone. I plan on putting it through its paces before my license comes (if it ever comes).

They had one at Academy last week and it was $499. They have a good reputation, especially considering the lower price.

It was $580 at independence. Its a compact. They have a commander model and its cheaper but I thought this one would be easier to conceal.

I think they are somewhat comparable but I paid a little more and got some nice features. I loomed at a RIA and it was bare bones. The Amigo has novack style sights, extended safety, and its stainless. Me likely stainless!

I really was impressed with my buddies American Classic. Very nice gun for the price IMO. Congrats!
