    Coyote hunting

I'm looking for someone who has the gear and know how to show me how it's done.
My place is over runned with them, they are digging in my garden and eating the corn from under the feeder, I think the deer are staying away from them.
I can't use bait or traps, my dog would probably be first to get into that.

I don't want to educate the yotes. So I'm hoping someone who knows how to set up and call would like to help me out.

    Any takers.

Do you have any open areas to call?

If you have that many they are competing for food. May make for easy pickins!

I have a few strips that are open, but no really wide open areas. One area is maybe 50yards by a few hundred yards.

How big is your place? Can you hunt them on your neighbors place as well?

I only hunt them in small openings, You don’t need much. Get an electronic caller and something like a mojo to keep there eyes focused away from you as you swing your shotgun with #4 buck.

They will probably come in in fast, be ready, and head to toe camo. Bust out all your no-sent tricks.

February is mating season…you should be able to bring some in with straight yote calls.

            Get’em!

75 acres south west of Alice. No permission from neighbors.
As for decoys, I have yard birds, I could cage one up.
I had tried that a few times in the past, but no luck.

On a small parcel like your hunting, try hunting the fenclines early in the mornig. Try calling at night with a jack rabbit call with a spot light. If they have not been hunted the won't be scared of the light as long as you don't center beam them. Keep them on the edge of your spot and you'll be surprised how close they will come. I'm going to give it a shot in the morning if the fog isn't to bad. A doe was taken this evening and there is fresh food at the gut pile.
