SKS Mags

I am looking to buy some SKS mags. Don't know anything about them so question is, is there a particular brand to buy or stay away from?

Differnce between metal or plastic?

Any information would appreciated.

When it comes to SKS mags....

The metal ones are the good ones for sure...

I use the plastic Tapco mags. never had a problem at all. I bought a metal one and it would not function in my yugo. It may be the aftermarket stock but it didn't fit in there well.

I use tapco 20 round mags in my sks

I bought some tapco SKS mags from SG for $18 or so a week ago. I also picked up 1,200 rounds of ammo. Not near as hard to find as AR mags.
