I got up early this morning to see if I could locate some .22LR

6:45am Walmart - No truck, no ammo
7:20am different Walmart - No truck, no ammo

Decided to hit the Academy by my office. I walked to the back only to find several guys fondling their AR's they had been waiting in line for. The guy in front of me was looking his AR over and says "I was really hoping to get a Sig, you can sell it to this guy if he wants it" pointing at me.

I'll take it!!! I've never heard of them but I'm now the proud owner of a Windham Weaponry AR-15. Now this is where it gets even better. As I am filing out the paperwork the guy shows me a Ruger 10/22 Take Down they also got in. I'll take it!!!

Next thing I know my credit card is sizzling and I can't stop grinning.

You got that right. Two other guys were picking up on Sigs. One AR-15 and the other was an AR-10. I wish I was THAT lucky. Just not mad enough at them to get up at 3:00am to be in line.

My Windham is not Mil-spec. I just tricked it out with magpul goodies and the stock I bought was commercial.
