I like the Glocks. I carry a 27 everyday. I know price is a factor, but remember this is a item that you, your wife and family may possible trust your life in if a bad situation happens. Take your time, touch, feel and shoot if possible. Don't count out revolvers, Revolvers don't hold as many shells but typically they are a lot more dependable for someone that is not shooting and cleaning a semi auto regularly.

Also of all the subcompacts I looked at (Kahr, Sig, S&W, Ruger), it has the best trigger pull.
I had the opportunity to test fire it before buying too. I was surprised - I thought it would have more recoil than it did. It was accurate too.
For small frames, most of the men I know really like the Sig P938 or the Sig P290
just got one myself. This is my 4th concealed carry weapon and my favorite. Wish i would have bought it first. Great price and great features and it's a beretta. Should never have to worry about it. I am all for spending a little more and getting a quality gun that can save your life

Depends on the situation. I have carried all of mine at one time or another.

There's been a couple added since this photo.

Im pretty partial to the Sig p238/ p938.

For that price range. The LCP is golden.
