    Let's talk moa

My scope has 1/4moa adjustments. So at 100yards that is about 1/4", and at 200 yards it is about 1/2" and so on. If my rifle is zero at 100 and say 2" low at 200, that would be 4 clicks up right? Now if I zero the rifle at 200 how would that affect it shooting at 100 and 300 or 400? I am a noob to target shooting, so if y'all can help me out.

Get an app like Strelok. You input the details of your gun, load, scope, etc.... Then it will answer all your questions.

      4 clicks @ 100 yards = 1"
Apps can help but unless you have YOUR bullet speed your still guessing shots.

Exactly. The output info is only as good as the input info.

Here is an excellent video explaining it.

The ammo website shows 3680fps for 55grain 22-250 with a 24" barrel but I have a 26". And also how do you measure the scope height, center of scope to center of bore?

You put the exact same rife model side by side they are going to spit the same box of ammo differently. There's a lot of physics that goes on with rifle and ammo. Use manufacturer specs. as a guide but that's it.
