yes. a "by stander" picked up a rocket launcher for 100.00 if one goes on anywhere in the state. i'm in for the drive. with about 500.00 cash.

There was a church in the Dallas area that was performing a buyback. A group set up across the street and made fair market offers to try and provide more money and keep as many guns as possible in the public area as possible. As I understand, the group was made up pretty much of CHL holders to boot.
