Looks like a repeat of four years ago. The firearms industry has to live this POTUS! Best gun, ammunition, and accessories salesman the industry has ever had!

Sign up for 10rings email. I know when they get stuff in. Last I heard 200 primer limit per person per type.

If I go and find stuff what are you looking for? I could pick some up for ya

My folks live in tomball so it wouldn't be hard to swing by

I saw this coming just far enough out to be OK (I think). The run on reloading supplies started just before christmas and I had enough time to get what I needed for what I like to do to hopefully carry me through this craziness. I like reloading big fat bullets in straight cases. 45lc, acp, 45/70 etc. They are large enough I can see them and get a get hold on em.

Everyone I know is asking me to throw together a few hunderd .223 so they could blast thier new ARs a little. What takes me 3-4 hrs to put together, they can blast through in 20 minutes. Trimming the cases is a pain and balancing a little tiny .22 bullet over the case mouth....well it's just not worth the effort.

You may want to call Carters Country near Spring. I saw some primers there on Saturday I think. They were mags though.

I just ordered some new parts for my reloader. Haven't done any reloading in a while. My manual is pretty old. Who's got the best reloading manual out now?

I don't buy reloading manuals any more. I utilize mfr's websites for load data. It's more current.

I bought the last box of primers from 10-Ring last week (CCI #34's) and had to buy a thousand of them. They had a limited supply of powders on hand because that's flying off the shelves too. I went to Bass Pro in Pearland off of 288 yesterday, and they had a 1000-ct box of CCI 200 large rifle primers on the shelf, but that was about it for primers. It's gotten really ridiculous, people are buying this stuff that don't reload in hopes of gauging those of us who do.

BPS also had one bag of Winchester brass in .308, if you're still looking for that too.

It will catch up on the supplies. I wouldn't panic buy. The magazines they may get a fair shot at but supplies will take a while before they can control that. Prices will come down and supplies up.
