Solid alternatives for benelli m4?

wants to get a shoot semi auto 20" 12 gauge. setup for tactical/home defense/3 gun. dont want to spend the 2k+ the M4s are going for. there any quality alternatives under 800?

Franchi affinity is a benelli m2 same bolt so briley makes a lot of aftermarket stuff for it.

Might look at the Remington Versa Max Tactical. It's more than $800 but has almost identical parts as a Benelli.

Buy you an old Remington 1100 for a couple of hundred dollars, put another $150 into rebuilding it and come up with this. Just finished it last week.





All parts came from Brownells. New stock set, oversized safety, tactical bolt handle, new gas system, magizine extension.

This.... Mine will flat out run...and I tried to make it fail shooting crappy loads..it still kept going..

All I added was a aluminum side saddle, Magpul MS2 sling, GGG single point sling mount, Flash light mount and a Aimpoint Scout light..
