The only problem i had with them was my screw heads werent counter sunk enough. I used a end mil in a tap handle to counter sink them.

Bought a used slide release that was polished for $11. Didnt like the polished look so i sand blasted it.... Mucho bettero

Well have you had a chance to shoot it yet. Oh and the grips look good also.

not since th trigger and hammer... it shoots perfect though. even eats hollow points with no problems

Nice... I've got one also. The only thing I've done to it was change the grips. I couldn't tell you how many rounds have been fired threw it. Put it this way I'm on my third box of 1000 bullets plus all the factory I shot before it got expensive.
Just a word of warning mine is thin skinned I don't know if they have changed it or not.
I think I'm going to get it coated with something.

yeah the bluing is wearing already...ive read alot about that on these.i dont really mind....adds character.
