High Cap Mag Tax - Glen Beck

Anyone listening to Beck this AM?????

I think I just heard him talking about the introduction of a bill on High Cap Mag. Most specifically, making it "retro-active". All your current high cap mags would instantly become illegal!!!!!
However, there is a provision............you could register them and pay a "NEW" tax to legally keep them.

I've heard no such thing. Pretty standard that they get grandfathered. Glen Beck's job is to carry a big spoon and stir stuff up though.

the proposal was from Feinstein who wanted you to register your lower as well as each hi-cap mag (over 10 rds) with the ATF. think about how much that would cost, and that was what she was hoping to scare with.

There will be several proposals put out there that are way out there. The Dems that support Gun control will put ridiculous proposals out there in order to try and get the Anti gun control people to meet in the middle. I heard it put like this. Obama will throw out several proposals hoping something sticks.

And I like Beck, but he is a bit out there and does stir things up.
