Bought a 22-250 yesterday

It should be in this week. I got a Remington 700 sps varmint. I have a Leopold vx3 4.5-14x40. The next thing I get for it will he a bi pod then a aftermarket trigger or a trigger job.

I had my trigger done by a gunsmith and it breaks at 3lb and its crisp. Cost me $25.00 about 6yrs ago.

Awesome set up! Whatcha gonna use it for?? I have the same thing but the vls.. I drop deer/hogs all day with it.. Great varmit gun too!

I had the trigger adjusted on mine and didn't think i needed a new trigger after that. Although i haven't shot any real long range with mine yet, i like what I've seen from it so far.

I shoot pigs from the neck up, but everything else has been a shoulder shot. No runners yet, and no tracking. Awesome caliber.

Mostly paper. I try to shoot all my deer with a bow, but I shot my doe this year with my 7 mag. If I don't shoot a deer by the last weekend with my bow next year I will use the 22-250. I might try some varment hunting too. I'll post a pic of the gun when it comes in some time this week.

Here she is. My gun dealer just sent me the pic, but I'm out of town until Monday afternoon. I'm going squirrel hunting next weekend so I'll shoot it at the deer lease then.
