Bill - I personally would pass for $1,000 for just the upper. I'll keep a lookout for 6.8 if that is what you are wanting. I just ordered two 300 Blackout uppers from differen sources for less than $650. Think you should be able to get the 6.8 for about the same $. My $.02 - no cash back needed

I found a Stag Arms 6.8 SPC model 7H with 21" Stainless Steel 1/11 New In Box here in Cali for $1000, he posted on CList for $1200 but will sell for a grand. List price is $600. Is that a reasonable price for a 6.8 for pigs primarily?

if you already have the lower, then i would wait because uppers arent going to be regulated. the prices will come down a little, and start hitting the places like bison armory and arperformance for 6.8. those two make top not barrels and fairly inexpensive.

I just stopped by Gun Gear in Plano, and picked up some 9mm and .40sw.
Lots of handguns.
They had like 16 ARs on display, I didn't look real close, but I saw some that were $1149.
I drive past there all the time, and never noticed the store before.

Bill, if you're not a member already, check out http://68forums.com/. It's a message board sort of like TBH but dedicated to the 6.8 SPC platform. There are good deals to be found in the Classifieds on there, as well as vendor recommendations, etc.

Ordered some December 26 along with lowers. Got lowers but no lpk's. Credit card charged for everything. Have been trying to reach them for two weeks, with no luck. Will not return emails or phone calls. Good luck getting them.

You won't.. ive dealt with them before. They will ship it one day soon. Poor logistics and CS but good products (so I still order stuff). Ordering stuff that you don't need fast is the key.

I called them today to cancel my order. Was on hold for 18 minutes and hung up to go to meeting. Called again and was on hold 17 minutes before they finally answered. But they did answer finally and then emailed me confirmation of the canceling.
