At the rate that things are going, I may be building my upper from whatever I can find. Most of the manufacturers are back-ordered several months, if not even a year.
Stag Arms is one company that has a 1-year back-order.
My little brother just bought 136 30 round P-Mags with window for $12.00/ea. He has a friend that is a dealer and he had 600 show up and now they are gone and told him no more.

He sold all of them except for five. I told him he should have kept more for himself. I need some P-Mag SR-25 .308 mags but I refuse to pay what they want for them right now.
I got an email from Brownells on my Pmag back order and as they get'em I'll get'em...
And they confirmed Magpul has a 1 million pmag back order...
magpul announced on M4C on wed/thurs that they do NOT have a 1,000,000 pmag backlog.
they commented that the only people who know what their backlog is cant talk about it due to NDAs.
The source information was incorrect. Talking about real numbers on anything with outside elements, even if trusted, without an NDA in place, will get you in severely hot water here, and that figure is not accurate.
his comment about Brownell...
We are shipping to the big B regularly. They'll have to comment on delivery time, but we communicate our expected delivery schedule to them regularly, as we do with all our large customers. It just may not be trickling down to CSRs.
We are fully supporting all our resellers who are holding the line on price.
he also said this...
All our magazine molds are running. More capacity is on the way. We may never recoup the expansion costs, but trying to meet customer expectations is worth the gamble.
