Sounds like a passport photo size. Walmart and Eckerds pharmacy are two We have used for PP photos before.

Our store has a Silencer Shop kiosk and you can download the pics from your phone along doing the fingerprints directly there.

I just use a passport photo app on my phone and take a selfie in front of a light colored wall.

I used the app passport photo editor. Take a selfie and color in the background blue with the app.

Silencer shop uploads to your account if you use them. Otherwise a passport pic app on a white background works fine too.
