    Hunting suppressor for .308?

I'm working on a Frankenstein rifle put together. I'll be adding a suppressor. I'm about to begin the paperwork process. Anyway, looking for recommendations for a nice, quiet, suppressor to install. Any recommendations? The rifle is a Remington Model 700 ADL, .308, barrel will be cut down to 20" i think, Timney trigger, Richards walnut stock.

All the suppressors will do the same thing within reason of decibel level. I've got a cheap one and a more expensive one, I can not tell the difference in sound. My deciding factor was length and weigh of the can. I bought a Quick detach one, but have never used the QD I just direct thread.

Nomad TI direct thread is the easy button. Thunder Beast with a CB brake if you want to share a single can between multiple rifles. A TBAC Dominus is what I have on my 308.

        Ruger Predator bolt gun.

I've been wanting same and there are so many it's way too confusing knowing what sets one apart from another......which is better stainless or titanium ? Or does that come down to weight ?? Durability on number of rounds or does cleaning them negate that worry ?? Very old early ones would get "shot out", I have to assume that is no longer a concern. I'm going direct thread with adapter, just using on 3 rifles and the QD gets expensive.....Nomad mentioned twice in thread will have me looking them up.

I decided on the Thunder Beast Ultra 7. Sure is a lot to decipher for a novice.

Pretty hard to beat the harvester evo for the $$ and the intended use.

Only experience I have is with my Nomad 30. I've used it on multiple platforms, and it works great on all of them.

Local thermal pig hunting group in our area all use the Evo.
All are ex military and have used lots of different cans over the years

SilencerCo has phased out the Harvester Evo. It was short lived and the Scythe Ti they replaced it with is an improvement on it. I would buy the Scythe Ti today for the application the OP is looking for, if not considering price. Depending on how much price weighs in to the decision the Harvester Evo is still a great can and i'm not disappointed with it at all. It's significantly cheaper than the Scythe Ti.

I think the next can I would looking at would be an OCL Polonium. Great price, but not as light weight.

Silencer central has a BOGO deal going for their Banish line right now. Get a 22lr suppressor for the cost of a tax stamp.

Brother in law did it, he got a Banish 30 and it seems to be just fine. The 22k they do with the BOGO is a tiny little thing, but it does its job. Subsonic 22lr out of a bolt/semi rifle is pretty quiet.
