I'm about to order a couple, only heard good things about them. They make wrong handers too

It looks nearly identical to my benelli M1 field, mechanically speaking. That’s been a great shotgun for me. Its nearly 20 years old and just this year I replaced the recoil spring in the stock.

I don't know anything about the compact version but have had an Franchi Affinity for 6-7 years now & it has been a great gun.

My buddy has a couple and loves them. I think they’re made by Benelli but I could be wrong.

My 12 struggled to cycle Boss was the only reason I moved on from it - 9/10

I’ve had one for a couple years and haven’t had any problems with it. I use it for 3 gun, dove, duck, geese; it hasn’t missed a beat.

as far as I can tell, the barrel, bolt, and trigger assembly are the same as a Benelli M2. The Franchi has the recoil system under the forend, and the M2 has the recoil spring in the stock.

I've researched them and the majority of the reviews are very positive. Made by Benelli in Italy and I believe they come with a 7 year warranty.
